I am currently 37 weeks (well tomorrow I will be) and lately I've been having these small pains under my belly, and then I'll get a more intense pain going up like, around my belly button area. During these, my uterus gets hard. I'm thinking maybe these are BH? But they don't last long. No more than about 15-25 seconds. my uterus stays hard for longer than that, but the pain goes away. any opinions?

With all the, seemingly arbitrary, freezings going on lately, i'm trying to keep track of my account info and keep it up to date. What i was wondering is, what do they ask you exactly when you fill out the form to get your account back? does anyone have a method they use to compile this information that you think is efficient? do you think a list of info (such as how many NPs in the bank, who your friends are, etc. ) is better or what about taking a bunch of screenies of these pages? or some combination?

any tips/suggestions?

Recently there have been some complaints from people of moderating being "inconsistent", and even some claims of favoritism among the moderators. I find this a bit frustrating, because it's simply not true. We may sometimes make mistakes, but we certainly don't play favorites. This type of talk is so nonconstructive and ultimately destructive to the sense of community we have here. We need to stick together and help each other. All of us. Becca and I are community members too.

So I just want to remind people that we moderators are human, and if occasionally we make a mistake, then please give us the benefit of the doubt rather than assume the worst. If a post is left up that should have been removed, then please let us know, rather than assuming it was left up because of special treatment or disregard. I find it frankly hurtful and negative for people to be spreading these kinds of rumours or making these kinds of claims.

It's a simple enough issue. If people have concerns they aren't going to get them addressed unless they come to us. Unless we know about the issue at the time (i.e. a snarky comment being made, a post being left up that shouldn't have been), there's nothing we can do about it. It's unhelpful to complain to everyone around you about how mean people are being or about how some posts were left up that shouldn't have been, but never bring the issue to us. If we don't know about the issue, we can't address it. It's really simple.

It also generates a lot of negativity that destroys the sense of community we have here.

So please, let's try to be a community and stick together, and help and support each other. That's what neopian_adults is all about. We should be enjoying ourselves! Today is Neopets 10th birthday - a very special occasion!

In that spirit let's also try to discuss things in a friendly way. I don't want to see arguments or mean comments in this discussion.

I need help curbing my 3 year old's hitting. He hits me, he hits himself, he hits toys.
Previous to turning 3 I ignored the behavior. It continued. Now he gets an immediate time out, but since he keeeeeeps doing it- Im thinking that the time outs arent very effective, either.
What else can I do?

I am new to this community and had just one simple question.

Did anyone get negative reactions when they told family/friends that they will be trying to get pregnant soon?

This is happening to me and it is really getting me down.

So I ended up taking my son to his pediatrician this morning because he spike a really high fever (102.4). He definitely has swine flu.

I tried giving him some TamiFlu this afternoon after he had drank some milk. I got 1/2 the dose in him and he vomitted up all his milk and then some. I managed to get the second 1/2 of the dose in and he kept it down. I know nausea/vomiting is one of the side effects, but for those of you that had to give it to your little ones, how did you get it down and have it stay down? Should I try it on an empty stomach?
